Is it bad if our at risk percentages increase?
Absolutely not. This happens sometimes due to higher turnover rates, seasonal business, and other factors. It takes time to make sure every team member understands the policy and practices it every day. We expect there to be months where the at risk transactions increase, but it is our goal to help all restaurants/bars trend lower during the course of service.
