Most legacy, and all modern POS system are easily configured to transfer the information needed for our reporting. The data transfer happens seamless and is designed for maximum flexibility while still adhering to the standardized security and network requirements.

Within 7 days of the installation you'll receive first reports. After your first audit you can begin taking steps to lower your LOST transactions and those 'At Risk' of being lost, through training and communication with your employees.

On average the installation takes about one hour per camera to be installed. For a typical bar we calculate approximately 3 hours total installation time, however this time estimate varies on a case by case due to local factors (ceiling height, type of ceiling, distance of IT room from the bar, access to the venue)

If you have up-to-date IP cameras currently installed it is possible to use them after a review of their compatibility; analog cameras cannot be used. These cameras would have to be then aimed to the areas of interest for ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

None. We monitor the equipment remotely and we do not require training for anyone on site. We may reach out if there are connectivity issues, but these instances are largely related to power or internet outages.
