What does At Risk represent?

Transactions reported At Risk are those outside the pre-arranged SOP (standard operating procedure) timeframe for completing all steps of service associated with that service cycle. If a product that is indisputably served (and backed up by our image trail), is not matched to a POS ring-up in the same category of products, this transaction will be marked as At Risk in the report. The longer the employee takes to provide a matching POS entry, the higher the probability it will never occur.
